Insomnia
I wanted to try acupuncture as I heard it was good for many different things. I had insomnia for years and wanted to see if it would help me. I also suffered from stress, neck shoulder and back pain. After my acupuncture treatments I feel really good. I feel relaxed during the treatment and it clears my mind of distracting thoughts. The massage and cupping are also great for shoulder and back pain. I am very pleased with the treatments I am getting at Shen and would highly recommend a continuous session of acupuncture. Ligament Damage
I went to Shen Acupuncture Clinic as my ankle had ligament damage. I went for a course of treatments at Shen and was amazed at the results. My ankle has now fully healed . I joined shen acupuncture for infertility reasons. I had been to doctors with no hope. I was not going to give up I sent emails to a lot of acupuncture clinics. Shen got back to me within 24hours and had a consultation the same week. Kelly-ann made me feel welcome from the first time i met her. She was kind friendly and understanding and that is a big key point when dealing with any ordeal in your life, She set a treatment plan which included changes to my diet and my lifestyle in general they were easy changes so wasn’t a big change to my life but these simple changes made the following months of my life so much better. My energy levels went up so much and my outlook on life in general improved so much my skin and my body in general looked healthy. Treatment lasted a hour each visit and is painless and so relaxing. I went to kelly for Acupuncture for pains I was having in my neck and shoulders. I cannot recommend her enough. After only a few sessions I was feeling better and back to normal.
